Do I need prior experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are intended to be beginner-friendly with no prior experience required! Our instructors are here to guide you through every step of the process to make sure you have a great time, learn something new, and walk away with something you are truly proud of!Any advanced classes that require previous experience will be noted in the workshop description.

Are there age restrictions?

We currently ask that all participants be 18 years or older due to the nature of equipment and materials being utilized during our workshops. We hope to introduce options for under 18 in the future and we are always willing to discuss specific age requests on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out!

How long does a workshop take?

Estimated durations will be listed on each specific workshop offering page, but completion time can often vary depending on total class size and other factors. We like to recommend adding some time to your planning to make sure you're not feeling rushed throughout the process and can fully enjoy your time with us. Do you offer private events or parties?

Absolutely! Whether you're planning a girls' night, celebrating a special occasion, hosting a holiday party or team-building event, reach out to us to discuss your specific needs and we'll work with you to come up with a date and activity you and your whole group will love! Our current capacity is set up for 12-15 but will vary depending on the workshop activity you'd like to complete.

What's included with my booking?

Each workshop includes everything you need to complete your finished piece. Whether that's a gemstone ring, stacking ring, beaded necklace or any other activity offering, your booking is inclusive of all the elements required to make something you're proud of. Depending on the workshop, we do offer upgrades -- higher value gemstones, additional silver embellishments or charms, etc -- but are optional and 100% not required to complete a beautiful final product! On arrival, we also provide each guest with a welcome mocktail, tasty treat, and complimentary snacks and beverages to help you feel like part of the family!

What should I wear or bring?

We recommend wearing long pants and close-toed shoes, tying back long hair, and wearing cotton or natural-fiber based clothing to ensure your safety, especially for silversmithing classes. We do also provide a studio apron for each of our guests. Please also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class (a water refill station is available in studio).

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Full Refund: Any cancellations or changes should be made more than 7 days prior to your scheduled workshop to receive a full refund. This helps give us enough time to try and fill your seat and is greatly appreciated. Workshop Credit: Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled workshop will not be refunded but will be provided with a credit to utilize toward a future experience. We understand things happen, so for cancellations due to last-minute illness, emergencies, or other situations, please reach out directly and we will provide you with a credit.
